Burcham has a special interest in clinical behavioral medicine and behavior modification therapy for dogs. She attended the NAVC Post-Graduate Institute for Clinical Behavioral Medicine, taught by Dr. Karen Overall, in 2007, she is an active member of AVSAB, and she regularly attends continuing education in the field of veterinary behavior.
Dr. Burcham provides behavior consultations for dogs, which involves reviewing your pet’s behavioral history, discussing the underlying motivations for the presenting behavior(s), and providing a diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options.
