To provide the best care to all our clients, we may require a deposit prior to scheduling appointments. This applies in cases such as specialty services, high-demand appointments, or a history of missed visits.

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure fair access to care for all our clients, we have the following policies in place:

  • New Clients with Exotic Pets: A deposit equal to the exam fee is required when booking.
  • Existing Clients: After two no-shows, a deposit equal to the service fee is required to book future appointments.
  • New Clients: After first no-show, prepayment for future services is required in order to reschedule the appointment.

We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to better serve all our clients.

The deposit is refundable with 24 hour cancellation notice.
