Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist, NAET practitioner

Dr Chappell received her veterinary degree from K-State in 1990. She practiced the first 10 years in San Diego in large multi-doctor practices and an emergency hospital. Dr Chappell is certified in acupuncture and offers allergy treatments as well as nutritional counseling with a passion for helping patients and the environment. Dr Chappell's family consists of her husband Mike, daughters Devon and Carlin, three cats- "Al", "Fergie", and "Mr. Prickles", and two parrots- "Jolly" and "Sherlock" (who are now happily residing in the clinic's aviary). Dr Chappell believes in compassionate medicine- offering the best balance of care for her patients while educating their owners.
